K22B: Web Dev Garage

What it is

K22B is a fast-shipping web-dev garage based in Dhaka, which I founded in 2026. The pitch is deliberately narrow: briefs go in, live sites come out. No retainers, no committees, no slide decks about slide decks. You talk straight to the person building your site.

This project is the garage’s own site, and it doubles as its calling card. If the shop claims to ship web fast, its own front door had better prove it.

Work that’s shipped

K22B is past the “someday” stage. There are client sites live in production, custom-built and running for real businesses:

• Keot-Khali Steel Re-Rolling Mills (KSRML), a 25-year-old Bangladeshi steel mill. I built them a steel rod showcase that leans into the industrial feel: a molten-metal hero, structured product runs, and credibility built into every scroll.
• Flair Group, a Bangladeshi conglomerate spanning six divisions, from nut-bolt manufacturing to telecom to apparel. I built their corporate site, pulling all of it together under one clean, navigable identity.

Both are custom builds, never templated, and both are linked above so you can click through to the real thing.

How it’s built

I used Astro for a content-driven, mostly-static site that ships almost no JavaScript by default. That’s the right tool when the goal is a fast, cheap-to-host marketing site. Tailwind CSS for styling, TypeScript across the board, and a custom domain at k22b.space.

The site lays the pitch out plainly: what the garage does, the work it’s shipped, and three pricing tiers so a prospect can size their project before they even send a brief.

Why it exists

Small businesses and individuals who need a real website keep getting quoted agency timelines and agency prices for what is, honestly, a few days of focused work. K22B is a bet that there’s demand for the opposite: direct, fast, and no ceremony. The site itself is the proof, built and deployed with the same speed the shop sells.
